At Constrictor Team Australia, Jiu-Jitsu is more than a workout. It's a legacy and a community. Our lineage runs from Grandmaster Armando Wriedt, one of Helio Gracie's earliest black belts, through to our head instructor, Fourth Degree Black Belt Ian Lucas Ludgero.
